‘Three days a week’: TCS calls employees back to office

After taking the social media way to convey again employees to business, TCS has now sent e-mails to staff asking them to work from office atleast a few times a 7 days.

In an internal electronic mail that circulated among the workforce, the business famous that staff members would have to perform from business office a few days a week as for each the roster established by their respective administrators.

The electronic mail read, “Your respective administrators will now roster you to perform from the TCS workplace for at least 3 times in a week.”

The e mail also pointed out that adherence to rostering would be strictly monitored by the corporation. It go through, “Adherence to rostering is required and will be tracked.” Also, “Any noncompliance will be taken seriously, and administrative steps may well be used.”

The inside e-mail did not take note any deadline for employees’ return to place of work, but it suggested them to speak to their administrators to get even further aspects. The e mail noted, “You will have to speak to your administrators to recognize the preparations made for the tasks with regard to return to business.”
