CrowdStrike buying Israeli cybersecurity co Reposify

Cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWD) has declared an agreement to acquire Israeli startup Reposify. This is not a big acquisition for CrowdStrike, which has a marketplace cap of $41 billion.
